FREEBOOK.HU does not collect user data for its own purposes. For us, data protection and user trust are of the utmost importance. However, there are certain services that require limited data usage by third parties in order to function properly. These services ensure the smooth operation of our platform and provide users with the best possible experience. Such data is strictly limited to what is necessary for service operation and is always processed under carefully controlled conditions.
Please read the following Terms of Use carefully before registering and using the site.
By using this site – through your REGISTRATION – you acknowledge and accept the conditions and rules set forth below, and you consider their compliance binding upon yourself.

Registration: To use the site, you must register. The information provided during registration must be accurate, up-to-date, and complete (your official first and last name, and valid email address).
Password: Do not forget your password! If you lose it, please contact the ADMINISTRATORS by email.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information, as well as for all activities that occur under your account.
Age Restriction: Only individuals over the age of 18 may register in our community.
When you share any type of content on our COMMUNITY PLATFORM, you guarantee that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other legal rights of others.
The individual, organization, company, or group leader who uploads content is solely responsible for that content.
By registering, you accept and acknowledge that the laws of Hungary, the European Union, and applicable international internet regulations also apply to this COMMUNITY PLATFORM.
Each user is individually responsible for any violations of civil, criminal, personality, or intellectual property rights. You accept full criminal and legal liability for your shared content. The platform administrators, operators, and hosting providers are not responsible for your actions.
In our community, everyone is responsible for themselves.
It is prohibited to share any content (photo, video, document, article, opinion, etc.) on FREEBOOK.HU that is:
offensive, obscene, threatening, defamatory, alarming, or otherwise indecent,
unlawful or harmful to other users or third parties,
pornographic, violent, containing hidden child exploitation, horror, or disturbing and provocative content,
propaganda that promotes hate, intolerance, or disputes (e.g. political or ideological provocation).
It is also prohibited to share or promote:
illegal drugs, narcotics, or substances banned in Hungary,
unauthorized medicines, alternative cures, or other unlicensed substances.
Our community operates in the spirit of creative and expressive freedom and fundamental human rights. However, if authorities, legal representatives, or other individuals raise legal claims due to the unlawful activities of any user, we must:
Request the user to remove the content,
Remove the content ourselves if the user does not comply,
Suspend or delete the user’s profile, page, or group in case of repeated violations.
The same applies in cases of harassment, defamation, illegal use of intellectual property, or spreading false accusations against other users.
Every uploader is fully responsible for their own content.
Data Protection: Personal data generated during the use of the site is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.
Security: Each user must ensure a safe online environment and respect other users.
Every user must respect the rights of other FREEBOOK.HU members, including intellectual property, privacy, and reputation.
It is prohibited to engage in any activity that violates Hungarian, EU, or international laws, or that breaches community ethics.
The site operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms of Use. Normally, the user will first be notified and asked to correct or remove the offending content.
Despite the strict rules, we fully respect freedom of expression and creative freedom.
We do not spy on private conversations, analyze, or misuse personal content.
Content you share remains yours, and you are free to use it anywhere outside our platform.
However, if we detect hostile activities that harm the community, spread false accusations, or damage our reputation, we reserve the right to delete such content, take legal action, and ban the user.
We encourage users to register under their REAL NAMES instead of nicknames.
Use a valid email address and, preferably, a real profile photo to avoid confusion.
Misleading accounts and impersonation are prohibited.
FREEBOOK.HU is currently in test mode (since December 2023).
Android and iOS apps are under development.
Membership is FREE OF CHARGE.
Some features: profile creation, photo albums, blog posts, groups, events, marketplace, messaging (text, voice, video, group calls).
For large files (e.g. films, large datasets), a separate agreement is required.
We aim for long-term sustainability and welcome donations and sponsorships (financial or material).
We also offer advertising opportunities (banners, video spots, product promotions).
The Service is provided “as is”.
The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss, loss of income, or reputational harm.
The operator reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time.
Users will be notified of changes via email.
